Fatal Exception 'Object reference not set to an instance of an object.' after entering login credentials for Retention Policy Editor
Cause

The Archive Manager version if newer than the Retention Policy Editor version.
Resolution

Uninstall the existing copy of Retention Policy Editor and install the newer, updated version.
