During the PST Import Wizard 'Process PST Files' action the Export Error Log displays "Error in current PST File: C:\<PATH>\<FILENAME>.pst Exception is: Currently logged in user does not have permission to perform the requested action.
The account specified in the 'Web Service Login' field is not an Archive Manager administrator or the 'defaultinstance' does not have the correct authentication method.
There are three possible resolutions to this problem:
RESOLUTION 1:
Use an account that already has the Security Role of 'Administrator' in Archive Manager
RESOLUTION 2:
Modify the account being used to have the Security Role of 'Administrator' in Archive Manager rather than another role such as 'User'
RESOLUTION 3:
Correct the authentication type, Windows or Forms, for the 'defaultinstance' in IIS.
