Description
When trying to sync the offline client, the sync fails with error "Opertation failed Incompatible with program execution exception occured" after upgrading to 4.1.

Cause
Improvements to the Offline Client have resulted in the need to change the URL (See release notes)

Resolution
Correct the URL.
It should end in OfflineClientEndpoint.asmx instead of AftermailService.asmx
eg: http://archivemanager/defaultinstance/OfflineClientEndpoint.asmx
