Cause
Entourage does not support Outlook forms. The Outlook Form is needed to reconstruct Stripped Messages.

Resolution
Microsoft Entourage is supported but not with automatic reconstruction of the stripped message. Upon opening an archived mail the message "This message has been archived, please click here to view the message" is displayed and the user has to follow the link to open the message by opening the Archive Manager website.
