Thearticle states that moving to Roll up 4 for Exchange 2007 will resolve the issue, however, this has occurred on Exchange 2007 Servers with Roll up 5 & 6.
Microsoft released an Interim Update for Exchange 2007, if this is currently installed it will need to be removed and applied after the Roll up install.
1. Apply Exchange 2007 Roll up Fix 5
2. Apply .Net 2.0 SDK
3. Run sn.exe -Vr * to disable strong name verification.
4. Run sn.exe -Vl to verify that strong name verification is disabled.
5. Run the MSP file to install the Interim Update on the system.
Microsoft also states that the Interim Update will need to be removed prior to the Exchange 2007 SP1 Install.
This article only applies to Exchange 2007 environments.
