Azure Active Directory Connector Configured but Online Mail Servers not Present in Mail Servers Tab (4345583)

The Azure Active Directory Connector is configured and successfully validated in the configuration console. However, when going to grant proxy credentials to the online mail server, there is no online mail server present, or the office 365 mail server does not show up in the mail servers tab.

The following error will be present in the ADC logs:
