After upgrading Archive Manager it is possible to export messages using saved searches, but any new searches that need to be exported will cause the Search Exporter tool to hang.
On the client machine running the exports, please perform the following:
- Uninstall Archive Manager Search Exporter using Programs and features in Windows.
- Download and install the latest version of the the Search Exporter tool from the "Download Tools" section of the website.
- Run a new search and export the results.
