Error received when launching Archive Manager to Web Site:
"Server Application Unavailable: The Application you are attempting to access on this web server is currently unavailable. Please hit the refresh button in your Web browser to retry the request."
"ADMIN NOTE: An error message detailing the cause of this specific request failure can be found in the application event log of the Web server. Please review this log entry to discover what caused this error to occur."
The Archive Manager Service account does not have full control over the ArchiveManagerWebsite folder. The default location is "C:\Program Files (x86)\Quest\Archive Manager"
1. Right-click the ArchiveManagerWebsite folder and select Properties | Security tab.
2. Add the account ArchiveMgr_Service and grant it Full Control.
3. Click Advanced and select the option Replace permissions on child objects.
4. Click OK, then click Yes.
