Following error is seen in the Archive Manager Event logs or DL.wlog:
[1749612380-1179854255-11-0x0] Failed to process MAPI
System.Exception: Cannot find MailBox for MAPI Data Loader 8
at AfterMail.DataLoader.DataLoader.WriteWorkerConfigFile()
at AfterMail.DataLoader.DataLoader.ProcessMAPIMailNew()
The User ID specified when configuring the MAPI data loader is incorrect, or the login for the Journal User has not been imported by the Archive Manager Active Directory Connector service.
Open Archive Manager Administration Console
Navigate to | Data Loaders
Edit the MAPI
Specify the correct MAPI Dataloader UserID , where UserID is the Journal account.
Navigate to the Login's page in the Administration website and search for the login for this journal account.
If the Login has not been imported, verify that the OU in which the journal account resides is being scanned by the Archive Manager Active Directory Connector Service. You can Examine the Domain configuration to determine OU's that are scanned or the Search Base used via the Archive Manager Configuration Console.
Restart the Active Directory Connector service and allow it some time to import the Journal ccount.
Restart the Archive Manager Data Load service an ensure that the journal mailbox begins to empty as expected
