Yes, as long as performance is not a critical factor for you. As recommended in the Sizing Guide, a NAS should only be used for small environments (10 Agents or less), have a changes rate of less than 10 GB / hour, and the repository should not be larger than 6 TB.

Can you create a repository extent larger than 16 TB on a Synology NAS? (213984)

No. This is a limitation of the Synology HW and SW. Please see What's the maximum file size Synology NAS supports (for DSM 3.0 and onward) for more information. NOTE: Repositories larger than 6 TB on a NAS are not supported per our sizing guide.

No. The AppAssure change logs on the Agent have already been modified to account for the base image. You will not be able to revert the base image to an incremental transfer.

Can I only select specific volumes from a protected Agent on a Source Core to replicate to a Target Core? (150989)

AppAssure does not have this capability. The replication recovery points/volume images are tied to the agent ID and the target core repository, which is specifed when the replication relationship is created. AppAssure cannot dillinate the volumes when repliation runs.
