After Running RUU on a DL Appliance There is an Amber Light on Appliance Tab with an Error -
Description
After running RUU on a DL appliance the Appliance Tab is amber in color and when you click on the Appliance Tab there is an error message that a windows feature could not be installed and to try again but clicking the message does nothing

Cause
The browser used for the console has not been cycled and is holding onto previous history / cache. The browser will not update without user interaction. -
Resolution
ON THE DL APPLIANCE
Close any current browser sessions that are open
Open a new Browser session
Go to Internet Options -> General -> Browsing history -> click on the "Delete" button and Press "Delete" again
Close and Restart the browser
Open the console and click on the appliance tab which should be green and no errors / alerts should be reported
