The AppAssure Agent has already been successfully protected and has been taking successful backups. On a random occurrence it appears the protected Agent has gone offline and will not come back online.
In troubleshooting efforts, you have:
1) Refreshed the metadata through the Core UI
2) Extended the client connection timeouts in the Core | Configuration | Settings
3) Restarted the Agent.Service
4) Restarted the Core.Service
Further investigation of the Agent if offline stacktrace reveal:
