SQL and Exchange Agent is Not Detecting SQL and Exchange Metadata Information (4033925)

This error is occurring on the Summary tab for the SQL and/or Exchange agent on the Appassure Core console.

A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections.

The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections.

To resolve this issue,

1. On the core console, go to the SQL and/or Exchange agent 

2. In the Summary tab, go the Actions drop-down menu and select "Set Default Credentials for ALL Instances"

3. Enter both the domain\user and then the password.

4. Click on Ok
