Core not showing volumes under summery tab for the agent(s)
In most cases the agent has lost connection to the core and the backups are still running. The volume field is empty but can show again in three ways.
WORKAROUND 1:
For each agent, select actions and refresh Metadata
WORKAROUND 2:
Form the core screen, select protect and re-protect the agent. Don’t unprotect the agent that will cause a new base image to take place.
WORKAROUND 3:
-Pause or stop all jobs on the core
-Open services.msc and stop the core service --https://support.quest.com/appassure/kb/119400
-Once the core service has stopped, reboot the core system
