There are currently 2 manual solutions for this.
- You can turn on 'Log Truncation' per agent by selecting the agent from the agent list on the left and then going to Configuration > Nightly Jobs > Change. Here you can enable the log truncation. Setting it here will prompt the core itself to pick this up as part of the nightly jobs.
- Modify the registry key from the core for that agent: (change the correct key to a value of 1 to enable, depending on Exchange or SQL) HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\AppRecovery\Core\Agents\<Agent_Guid>\LogTruncationService
A patch has also been released to address this issue. Please contact support to obtain this patch.
