AppAssure Upgrade on a DL appliance (144591)

You receive the following error on the Core Interface:

Following services have failed to initialize: ?localizationConfigurationService: Can't use culture with lcid 2057.
Previous en-US culture will be used.
To solve this problem , try to restart them.Restart

To resolve this error take the following steps:

1. On the Appliance go to Services.
2. Stop the Dell Storage Management Web Service
3. Repair the Core and ensure both the Core Service and the Dell Storage Management Web Service are running
