The agent service may fail to start during boot after upgrade due to a short timeout period (EventID 7000 and 7009 error: failing to start Agent Service on System Boot).
The Service Control Manager will generate an event if the service does not respond within the defined timeout period (the default timeout period is 30000 milliseconds).
You can resolve this problem by extending the timeout period for all services within the Registry Editor.
Complete the following steps.
Please, use the Registry Editor to change the default timeout value for all services.
