When viewing the Action Summary Log of a Group Family, the following error is observed:
Error when updating group '<Group Name>' in '<Group Location>': Your changes cannot be applied. The operation requesting the changes requires approval, but the system failed to determine the persons authorized to approve this operation. This problem may occur due to inconsistencies in directory data the approval rules rely upon, or because of incorrect configuration of approval rules. Please contact your system administrator to verify that the approval rules are properly configured.
Check the configured Workflows for any relevant configurations, and modify or disable to allow the Group Families to populate.
If the Workflow causing the issue can not be determined, disable all Workflows and enable one by one until the conflicting Workflow is found.
