The AD Health notifications disappear after an Active Administrator server or services restart.
WORKAROUND:
Configure the notifications as desired and then create a backup copy of the Notifications.xml file. After any server or service restart, verify that the notifications remain correctly configured. If discrepancies are observed, replace the Notifications.xml file with the previously saved copy.

Defect ID - 652924 has been created to consider including a fix in a future release of the product.
