WORKAROUND 1
If you do not need to audit this particular event, then disable it:
Within the Active Administrator console, Select Auditing & Alerting | Event Definitions
Select the "OU Changed" event.
Click "Disable".
WORKAROUND 2
Create an Archive or Purge task to remove these events from the live database. Set the option to archive or purge events older than a certain amount of days.
