By default, the agents will only pick up and record alerts for the last 24 hours. It may be possible to get some of the data you are missing from the time the agents were not operational by extending this time interval. This is found in the Configuration node in the Active Administrator console under "Notification Settings" in the Alert Limit section. If the Alert Limit is set to 0 it will grab all past events that have alert criteria for them that still exist in the event logs and have not been recorded into our database.
Please note here that these are read from the event logs on the DCs. If the event logs do not still hold data from the time period when the agents were not operating the agents will not be able to retrieve the missing data.
