1. Login to the jmx-console as user 'foglight'. In the section 'com.quest.nitro', select service=StorageManager
2. Invoke the diagnosticSnapshotAsString() to list out all the ObservationTimeslices entries for all the storage types.
3. Search for those timeslices that has not been rolled up.
