When connecting through the Web-IT portal, users are getting the list of published apps, but can't launch any of them. Connector gives a generic connectivity error immediately. Same client machine can connect using AppPortal, configured for the CB proxy of the same Secure-IT gateway successfully.
Issue has been traced to the trailing space in website configuration, Firewall/Secure Gateway section, Secure Gateway. When secure gateway entry has a space - it'll cause a malformed connection ticket for the client, causing an inability to connect.
Defect ID 323220 has been generated for the issue.
