Error remote control "The system cannot find the text message for message number 0x%1" (4273056)

When attempting to take remote control of a user session from the vWorkspace management the following error is recieved:

"The following error has occured while shadowing session xxx on server xxxxx The system cannot find the text message for message number 0x%1 in the message file for %2 (317) "

Microsoft does not support shadowing of multi monitor sessions.

To connect to the user session "Span multiple monitors when in full screen mode" needs to be unchecked before the user establishes the session.
