On the computer the connection is being made from complete the following:
Sometimes the keys will only be created under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\MSLicensing on Windows x64 operating systems. This will continue to cause the error. In order to fix the problem, export the keys from HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\MSLicensing and import to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\MSLicensing.
Before merging the .reg file, modify each path reads [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\MSLicensing] to [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\MSLicensing].
