This issue can be caused due to IPv6 being enabled. You must disable IPv6 on your Connection Broker, Terminal Server / VDI's and on your Secure Gateway. To correct this issue please perform the following steps
1. Launch Control Panel
2. Choose Network and Sharing Center
3. Choose Local Area Connection
4. Choose Properties
5. Un-Check IPv6 and hit OK
The second cause is that the SSL Gateway needs to be able to talk to the Connection Broker on port 8080. This port is often closed by default if the SSl Gateway is in a DMZ.
Please work with your Network Engineer to ensure that port 8080 is open and works correctly.
