When trying to launch a Published Resource from the vWorkspace Web-IT Portal, the error message “Your Session with the Web Access server has expired. Please log on again to resume” is displayed.
This can sometimes be caused if the Web Address for the vWorkspace Web-IT server contains an “_” underscore; Example: “portal.company_xyz.com”.
If the Web Address contains an “_” underscore, change the DNS entry or Web Address so it no longer includes the “_” underscore.
- This error can also be displayed owing to "Disk Space" issues on the Root Partition of the Web-IT / Web-Server (IIS) where these services are Hosted. The same has been documented in the KB article - https://support.quest.com/Search/SolutionDetail.aspx?id=SOL81043.
