How do you clear the Enterprise Single Sign-On (ESSO) client (SSOWatch, Advanced Login) cache?
RESOLUTION 1:
1. If you have Advanced Login installed use Regedit to create the following DWORD and set the value to "1":
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Enatel\WiseGuard\AdvancedLogin\DontRestartSecurityServices
2. Close and exit from SSOWatch or SSOStudio if loaded.
3. Stop the QESSO Security Services service (use Services or from a command prompt sc stop enatelwgss).
4. Delete the contents of the directory
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Evidian\WGSS\CacheDir or
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Quest Software\WGSS\CacheDir
5. Start the QESSO Security Services service (use Services or from a command prompt sc start enatelwgss).
RESOLUTION 2:
Boot the machine into safe mode and delete the contents of the cache directory.
