1. Load the "Selection Set", "Backup Set", "Schedule Set"; etc... which ever you may want to clean up
2. Click the Modify box, then Choose Modify on the window that pops up
3. Click On "Delete"
Note: There is also a CLI command named nvsetdelete that you can use to delete sets.
