How do I configure or manually initiate the downloads for the Gateway Service Product Updates?
You can access the Product Updates configuration page by opening the Policy Authority for UC Management Console and following these steps:
a) Expand Gateway Service
b) Expand Service Configuration
c) Click on Product Updates
Ensure that the Source Location is correct. (See Note 1 below)
If an appliance version and proxy information is required to access webpages, enter the info under the Configure Proxy Information button.
Click the Check for Updates button to begin searching for the latest Product Updates.
Product Updates are cumulative. It will show only one Product Update installed at a time.
