We are excited to announce a new release of NetVault 13.1.2.

Look what's new :

  • CDP (Continuous Data Protection) workflow for VMWare and M365 - enables efficient, frequent backup, utilizing an "incremental forever" strategy.*Requires QoreStor v7.1.2 or later
  • Synthetic Full Backups for VMWare and M365 - Essential for an incremental forever strategy, the automated synthetic fulls will ensure the incremental chain of backups are maintained to eliminate the risk of infinitely long incremental chains. *Requires QoreStor v7.1.2 or later
  • Instant Restore for VMWare - allows virtual machine recovery in seconds, while data remains in-place & deduped on QoreStor. Also allows automated, live migration of instant restored VMs to production datastores. *1 
  • Direct To Object Storage - Both Azure Blob and S3 compatible object storage may now be configured as targets for backup *2
  • Localization for Korean and Chinese

*1 Instant Restore & automated live migration available for vSphere 7.x only, please see  compatibility guide for details. 

*2 Direct to object option is available for Windows/Linux NetVault servers & clients and all plugins, with the exception of NDMP plugin.

What's new in NetVault BMR 13.1.2: 

NetVault 12.2 is now in limited support. NetVault 12.3 is scheduled to go into limited support on April 5, 2023.
