This email contains important information relating to Defender Soft Token Push Notification functionality in Defender. Dear Defender Administrator, We are providing you advanced notification of a mandatory hot fix to ensure the continued functioning of Push Notifications via the Defender Soft Token App. Push Notifications via the OneLogin Protect App will not be affected. A third-party component used in Defender Security Server to provide Push Notifications via the Defender Soft Token App is scheduled to be deprecated on 15th August 2024. To continue to use Push Notifications via the Defender Soft Token App after 15th August 2024, you will need to apply a hot fix to your Defender server. Hot fixes for Defender Security Server versions 6.5.0, 6.4.1, 6.4 and 6.3.1 are available along with installation instructions here. If you are unable to apply the hot fix to your Defender servers in time, Defender will continue to function, but your users will have to manually enter the One Time Password (OTP) displayed in their Defender Soft Token App. Please contact support if you have any questions or issues and we’ll be happy to assist. Regards, The One Identity Team |
