When installing or upgrading the domain controller agent, the following error appears:
Installation failed. The revision level is unknown Stack: at ScriptLogic.Common.CoreServices.CService.SetStartupAccount(String UserName, String Password) at Dell.AA.AFS.ASM.AgentManagement.Installers.Providers.AuditAgentInstallProvider.SetAuditAgentStartupAccount() at Dell.AA.AFS.ASM.AgentManagement.Installers.AuditAgentInstallerBase.SetAuditAgentStartupAccount() at Dell.AA.AFS.ASM.AgentManagement.Installers.AuditAgentInstallerBase.InstallAuditAgent()
Rename the C:\Windows\SLAgent folder on the domain controller and try reinstalling the agent.
