Blackberry RP - Blackberry device models not being populated in report
Problem Description
Why are the Blackberry Device models not being populated in the BlackBerry Users report?
Cause
This is due to the corresponding table in the BES Management database not being populated
Resolution
MessageStats gathers this information from the BlackBerry Enterprise Server database. If this information is not stored in that database it will not be displayed in the corresponding report.
Ensure this data is populated in the BES database.
