Problem Description

Enhancement Request: Ability to override recording.config for a specific agent?

Currently, recording.config is not used by the Agent. The Agent only reads the agent.config files, and the various files in the agent directory. The agent-override directory may be used to provide host-specific overrides only of config files normally found in the agent directory, and then only if the relative path from agent-override is the same as that file's relative path from agent. Any other files, config or otherwise, placed in agent-override are ignored.

Resolution

STATUS: This is being considered for a future release under JEE-OODA-RQ-8 which is a reference to a requirement in a release definition by the Product Manager.
