Confirm that settings from the connection file from the remote console workstation or member server are the same as the same settings. Specially look for UseServerAndPortSPN. if the value for this entry is true in the server connection file, then make sure that the same value is set under the remote console workstation or server connection file, or if the value equal to false in the server connection file, then this same value should be set under the remote console connection file..
Once the above is complete, try to connect from the remote console. If issue persist, try additional steps from the following KB Article Number
